Portfolio Update

 

 

The Company is pleased to announce the following updates.

 

 

NBDX & NBDG:  Surface Transport asset

 

The Company has received a total of $5.3 million distribution in respect of
the exit of a Surface Transport asset which is held in the NBDX and NBDG share
classes. The distribution represents 7.1% and 20.7% of the NAV of those share
classes, respectively, based on the published NAV at close of business on 27
February 2025.

 

 

NBDX & NBDG:  Oil and Gas asset sale distribution

 

Further to the announcement of 31 October 2024, the Company has received
further cash distributions in respect an Oil and Gas asset, totalling
$1.5million.

 

The asset is held in the NBDX and NBDG share classes and represents 2.8% and
2.6% of the NAV of those share classes, respectively, based on the published
NAV at close of business on 27 February 2025.

 

 

These distributions have no impact on the latest published NAV of either share
class. Further details, including regarding any related returns of capital,
will be provided in due course.
