Director Resignation 
and 
Appointment of Chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee
The Company today announces the resignation of Sarah Evans as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, chairman of the Audit Committee and chairman of the Remuneration Committee for health reasons and with immediate effect.
The Company further announces the appointment of Christopher Sherwell, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board as the interim chairman of the Audit Committee pending the appointment of a new director who will take over the role in due course.
The Company also announces the appointment of Stephen Vakil, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board and the current chairman of the Management Engagement Committee as the new chairman of the Remuneration Committee. 
John Hallam, Chairman of the Company, commented:
"It is very sad that Sarah has had to step down and I would like to thank her for her hard work and valued contribution to the Board over the past years. We wish her well for the future."
