The Directors of the Company note the publication of the Key Information Document ("KID") by its manufacturer, Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC, in accordance with the obligations under the Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products ("PRIIPs") Regulation. 
The Directors recommend that the KID be used in conjunction with other material produced by the Company including the annual report, the interim report, the quarterly factsheet and the prospectus, all of which are available at https://www.nbddif.com.
