U.S. stocks fell on Tuesday and the Dow Jones Industrial Average
turned negative for the year as a sharp escalation in U.S.-China
trade dispute rattled the markets.  .N 
    At 1322 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down
1.37 percent at 24,645.93. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.69
percent at 2,754.48 and the Nasdaq Composite  .IXIC  was down
0.76 percent at 7,688.445.
