Nevro hits record low after Citi downgrades to 'sell'

** Shares of medical device maker Nevro Corp  NVRO.N  fall
as much as 10.3% to an all-time low of $8.93
    ** Brokerage Citi Research downgrades NVRO to "sell" from
"neutral" and Establishment Labs  ESTA.O  to "neutral" from
"buy"
    ** Citi cuts PT on NVRO to $9 from $13.50, saying market
recovery for its chronic pain devices, that also face
competition, remains difficult
    ** ESTA shares down marginally in early trading
    ** YTD, ESTA up 108.3% and NVRO down 55.1%
