Nevro rises on deal from Globus Medical

** Medical device maker Nevro Corp's shares  NVRO.N  rise
14.1% to $5.73, while Globus Medical  GMED.N  shares fall 4.5%
to $88.22
    ** Globus Medical to acquire all shares of Nevro in an
all-cash transaction, representing a total equity value of ~$250
million
    ** Deal offers $5.85 per share for each share of Nevro Corp,
a premium of 16.5% to NVRO's last close
    ** Deal is expected to close late in Q2 2025
    ** In the last 12 months, GMED up 58.88%, while NVRO has
fallen 60.78%
