      The tender offer for New Century Aim VCT Plc has closed. The buy back       price is 78.02p per share being a 5% discount to the net asset value per       share as at the close on the 10th December, 2015.    
      Shareholders who tendered for excess shares are getting approximately       6.227% of the excess.
