 * Company and the placing agent entered into the placing agreement 
 * Deal to subscribe for up to 57.8 million placing shares at the placing price 
   of hk$0.4 per placing share 
 * Says the net proceeds from the placing are estimated to be approximately 
   hk$22.1 million 
 * New ray medicine international - maximum aggregate nominal value of the 
   placing shares under the placing will be hk$2.9 million
