Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities and persons closely associated

 

The Company announces that it has been notified that Will Hobman, Chief
Financial Officer, has today purchased 17,576 ordinary shares of one penny
each in NewRiver ("Ordinary Shares") at

85.408 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Will's
shareholding in NewRiver has increased to 88,827 Ordinary Shares.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market
