Appointment of an Independent Non-Executive Director

 

NewRiver is pleased to announce the appointment of Rajat Dhawan ('Raj') as
Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee
and Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

 

Raj is an experienced technology and digital transformation leader with proven
expertise in developing innovative digital platforms and leveraging
data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and operational
efficiency.

 

Raj is currently Group Chief Technology Officer for NYSE Listed Soho House
& Co.

 

Lynn Fordham, Chair commented: "Raj is an excellent addition to the Board,
bringing a wealth of innovative and transformative technology experience. The
Board is looking forward to working with him as we look to continue to grow
the business and drive future value for our shareholders."
