Capital Markets Day

NewRiver will hold a Capital Markets Day for analysts and institutional investors today, visiting a number of community pubs and convenience stores across the Midlands, including community pubs acquired as part of the Hawthorn Leisure transaction which the Company announced on 24 May 2018.

 

Community pubs now account for 20% of NewRiver's total portfolio, and today's event will focus on the Company's strategic rationale for owning pubs, and the risk-controlled development potential across the portfolio. The event will include presentations from senior members of the NewRiver team, as well as representatives from Colliers International and The Co-operative Group.

 

No new material information will be provided and the presentation will be made available on the Company's website (www.nrr.co.uk) later today.
