The Company announces that Allan Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer elected to
receive the scrip dividend alternative for the final dividend for the year
ending 31 March 2023. Accordingly, following the payment of the final dividend
on 4 August 2023, Allan Lockhart has increased his shareholding by 4,310
ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver and now
holds 430,441 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
