Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities

The Company announces that on 25 March 2026, Allan Lockhart, Chief Executive
Officer and Director of the Company, transferred 22,270 Ordinary Shares of one
penny each into his SIPP. The transfer was effected through the sale of 22,270
Ordinary Shares at a price of 72.3629 pence and immediate repurchase of 22,270
Ordinary Shares into his SIPP, at a price of 72.157 pence per share for 19,627
Ordinary Shares and 72.306 pence per share for 2,643 Ordinary Shares.

Following this transaction Allan Lockhart's beneficial interest in the Company
remains unchanged at 1,022,017 Ordinary Shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
