Total Voting Rights

 

 

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the
following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 312,867,711 ordinary shares of
one penny each with voting rights, of which 926,073 ordinary shares are held
in the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT). The number of shares held by the EBT
takes into account the shares purchased by the EBT up to and including 30
November 2023.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 311,941,638.

The above figure of 311,941,638 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under
the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
