its COO resigns to take the reins at NextGen Healthcare Inc
 NXGN.O 
    ** Healthcare information veteran David Sides to start this
week as CEO and will also hold title of president, NXGN says

    ** NXGN in late stages of a bitter proxy contest where the
board is facing off against the co's founder. Its stock is flat
before the bell at $15.29, down 16% YTD
    ** TDOC on Mon reaffirms its Q3 and FY 2021 outlook on Jul
27; at the time, co forecasted Q3 rev of $510-$520 mln and
loss/sh of 68-78 cents, FY rev of $2-$2.025 bln and loss/sh of
$3.35-$3.60
    ** TDOC share weakness before the bell comes amid broad
tumble in equities  .N 
    ** YTD, TDOC shares off 28%
