** Shares of advertising and crypto-banking firm  NXTP.O 
rise ~10% to $1.958 premarket 
    ** NXTP enters into an agreement to acquire all assets of
Token IQ, a SaaS blockchain tech firm, including its crypto
technology  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX87j3HZ 
    ** Token IQ's technology aims to provide cryptocurrency
owners a solution to replace their assets if they lose access to
or control of their holdings
    ** NXTP says it is looking to license Token IQ's IP as well
as integrate it with its wholly owned bank, NextBank
International, to better serve its cryptocurrency customers
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock down ~22% YTD
