** Shares in NN Group NN.AS rise around 2.4%, to their highest price ever, after "strong" H1 results beat market expectations
** The Dutch insurer and asset manager reported operating capital at €1.07 billion ($1.24 billion) versus €1.01 billion forecast by analysts polled by the company
** "This is a strong set of results for NN Group... with a 6% beat of consensus", JPM analysts say
** Should Thursday gains hold, the company will reach record-high market capitalisation of €21.8 billion
** Up to the previous session's close, shares were up 23.5%​ YTD
