March 18 (Reuters) - Nordic Shipholding A/S  NORDIC.CO :  
    * FY TCE revenue $27.1 million versus $25.9 million year ago 
    * FY EBIT $5.8 million versus loss $2 million year ago 
    * No dividends is proposed for 2014 
    * Says does not expect to distribute any dividend for 2015 
    * Says for 2015, 5 of group's 6 vessels will remain 
commercially deployed on a pool basis 
    * 2015 TCE revenue from 5 product tankers in pool and time 
charter income from nordic anne are expected to be in region of 
$29.0 million - $32.0 million 
    * Says expects 2015 EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, 
depreciation and amortisation) to be in range of $13.0 - $16.0 
million 
    * 2015 result before tax is expected to be between $3.0 - 
$6.0 million 
    * Says in 2015 group's cash flow is expected to be between 
$5.0 - $8.0 million after accounting for $4.0 million of loan 
amortisation in 2015
