Nov 25 (Reuters) - Nordic Shipholding A/S  NORDIC.CO : 
    * Q3 TCE revenue $9.8 million versus $6.1 million year ago 
    * Q3 EBIT $9.4 million versus loss $285,000 year ago 
    * Q3 net profit $8.6 million versus loss $1.2 million year ago 
    * Says Q3 2015 performance was better than forecast primarily due to $5.8 million reversal 
of impairment loss, as well as higher TCE rates earned by the vessels in the Handytankers Pool  
    * Has revised outlook for full year 2015 
    * Expects TCE revenue from 5 product tankers in pool and time-charter income from Nordic 
Anne to be in region of $33.0 million - $36.0 million 
    * Expects 2015 EBITDA to be in range of $16.0 million - $19.0 million 
    * Previously forecasted EBITDA was in range of $15.0 million - $18.0 million 
    * Result before tax is expected to be between $13.0 million - $15.0 million, revised upwards 
from $5.0 million - $8.0 million
