She will also serve as a member of the Company's Audit, Nomination and Management Engagement Committees. Ms Barrett was formerly Chief Executive Officer of DBS Vickers Securities, the wholly owned UK subsidiary of DBS Bank in Singapore, a leading Asian bank, named the World's Best Bank and Best Digital Bank for five consecutive years. She has many years of board-level commercial experience in the banking, broking and digital sectors.
