The North American Income Trust plc is pleased to confirm that following the
announcement made on 30 December 2024, Ms Bulbul Barrett has been appointed as
a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2025.  She
will serve as a member of the Company's Audit and Risk, Nomination and
Management Engagement committees.
