The Board of The North American Income Trust plc announces:

 

Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

 

That a fourth interim dividend of 4.1p per Ordinary Share, in respect of the
year ending 31 January 2025, is to be paid on 7 May 2025 to holders registered
at the close of business on 22 April 2025. This dividend is to be paid from
the Company's revenue account.

 

The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 17 April 2025.
