Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would
like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 April 2025, The North American Income Trust plc's capital consisted
of 126,923,569 ordinary shares of 5p, of which 5,613,733 ordinary shares were
held in Treasury. Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. On a
poll, members have one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number
of voting rights in The North American Income Trust plc is  121,309,836.

 

The above figure 121,309,836 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights
of The North American Income Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
