Announcement of Interim Dividend

 

The Board of North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC is pleased
to announce that an interim dividend in respect of the 2025 financial year to
31 January 2026 of 7p per ordinary share has been declared by the Directors
(Financial year to 31 January 2025: 88 pence per share (Pre-Share Split)),
payable on 2 April 2026 to shareholders of ordinary shares on the Company's
register at the close of business on 27 February 2026. The ex-dividend date is
Thursday 26 February 2026.
