Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on the 22 November 2024, it purchased 21,286
Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 5 pence each for cancellation at a
price of 3850.00 pence per share.
Following the above purchases and subsequent cancellation of the shares, the
Company's issued share capital consists of 13,223,756 Ordinary shares with
voting rights.
The above figure of 13,223,756 Ordinary shares may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in,
the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
