    ** Stock surged as much as ~92% at open
    ** To merge with privately held cancer therapy developer
Notable Labs Inc
    ** Combined firm will operate as Notable Labs Ltd and shares
will be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol 'NTBL'
    ** New firm will be led by Notable's current management team
and will be headquartered in Foster City, California
    ** Stock lost ~94% in 2022
