** Shares of drug developer  VBLT.O  jump 12% to $2.34

    ** VBLT says enrollment of U.S. patients in its late-stage
study testing its drug candidate, VB-111 in ovarian cancer, will

    ** Co in June paused U.S. recruitment of new patients as a
review by the U.S. FDA to compare the manufacturing of VB-111 at
different source sites was pending  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL3N2NX3VV
    ** Says agency has allowed VBLT to use new batches of the
drug produced in co's Israel facility in U.S. clinical studies 
    ** The phase-3 study plans to enroll about 400 patients
globally and ~80% of patients have already been recruited - VBLT
    ** VBLT up 10.6% YTD, as of last close
