Issuance of green senior preferred notes

 

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange relating to point 1
paragraph 1 of Article 130 of the Market Financial Instruments Act NLB d.d.,
Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana, announces:

NLB d.d., Ljubljana (hereinafter also: the company) announced on 16 June 2022
that it is planning to issue green notes intended to count towards the minimum
requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (hereinafter: the notes).
On the basis of orders received from eligible counterparties and professional
clients outside the United States of America the company has decided to issue
the notes in the aggregate nominal amount of EUR 500 million. The notes are
expected to be issued on 27 June 2023, their maturity date will be 27 June
2027 and the issuer will have the option for early redemption on 27 June 2026.
The interest on the principal of the notes will accrue at the interest rate of
7.125% per annum and the issue price will be equal to 100% of their nominal
amount. The ISIN code of the notes will be XS2641055012.
