Notice of obtained permission of the Single Resolution Board

 

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange relating to point 1
paragraph 1 of Article 130 of the Market Financial Instruments Act NLB d.d.,
Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana, announces:

Notice is hereby given that NLB d.d. received permission of the Single
Resolution Board for early redemption of its notes in the aggregate nominal
amount of EUR 300,000,000, issued on 19 July 2022 and with maturity on 19 July
2025 (ISIN: XS2498964209), provided that early redemption is made one year or
less before maturity.
