Confirmation of non-connected Russian entity
London, 8 March 2022 - Softline (LSE: SFTL), the Cyprus registered Global IT
and digital transformation solutions provider headquartered in London and
operating in 60 countries, confirms that based on a review of the criteria
defined in Regulation 19A(2) of The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations
2019, Softline Holding PLC does not consider itself to be an entity owned by
or acting on behalf or at the direction of a person connected with Russia.
Furthermore, Mr Igor Borovikov is a tax resident of Portugal.
In addition, Softline has not issued any securities since 0:01 on 1 March
2022.
Softline will continue to monitor and will make a further announcement if this
changes.
