** Shares of Noviqtech  NVQ.AX  rise 3.7% to A$0.028
    ** Stock on track for best day since July 26, if gains hold
    ** Co, which develops and delivers carbon reporting
solutions, says Global Resource Recovery (GRR) has signed
commercial agreement to use co's Carbon Central platform to
track recycling at its Darwin facility
    ** About 282,900 shares change hands by 0537 GMT, 2.4 times
the 30-day average volume of shares
    ** Stock has fallen 10% this year, as of last close
