** Shares of Noviqtech Ltd  NVQ.AX  jump as much as 100% to
A$0.006, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since July 8,
2020 
    ** Co receives A$700,000 in firm commitments at A$0.004 per
share 
    ** Issue price is at 33.3% premium to last close on Feb. 29 
    ** Says proceeds of placement will be used to accelerate
commercialisation of Carbon Central, among others 
    ** Shares hit their highest level since May 23, 2023 
    ** About 64.2 mln shares traded vs 30-day average of 1.7 mln
shares 
    ** Stock flat YTD, as of last close
