    * NSI concludes 70 million euro  ($77.69 million) financing 
with Berlin Hyp 
    * Agreed with Berlin Hyp as a new financing partner on a 7 
year 70 million euro secured financing 
    * New funding agreement will replace existing (secured) 
financing agreements and finalizes refinancing requirements for 
2016
