Australia's NSX hits over one-month low on discounted placement

** Shares of NSX Ltd  NSX.AX  drop as much as 17.5% to
A$0.047, hits lowest since July 14
    ** The National Stock Exchange operator says will raise
A$2.65 million ($1.86 million) to further progress proposed
joint venture in Saudi Arabia, among others  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASXc6hDsh
    ** Issue of 58.9 mln shares at of A$0.045/share represents a
discount of 21.1% to the stock's last close on Aug 10
    ** More than 247,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 182,000 shares
    ** Stock are down 24% YTD as of last close
