** Shares of Nuheara Ltd NUH.AX jump as much as 3.6% to
A$0.145, hitting their highest level since May 30
** The hearing health co says it secured firm commitments to
raise A$4.4 mln ($2.91 mln) before costs
** Issue price at a 3.6% premium to last close on June 2
** Says funds raised will be used to accelerate its sales
pitch in the U.S.
** Shares post their biggest intraday pct gain since May 31
** NUH stock down ~32% YTD, as of last close
