April 28 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 10:00 GMT
** Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC has agreed to buy a
portfolio of six logistics assets in Japan for more than $800
million from Blackstone Inc BX.N , the U.S. private equity
company said, reflecting solid appetite for logistics real

** Deutsche Bank DBKGn.DE said on Friday it would buy
Numis Corp NUM.L , a London-based institutional stockbroker and
corporate advisor, for about 410 million pounds ($511.2 million)
as the German firm deepens links with the UK corporate client

** Three firms are vying to buy a minority stake of up to
49% in Iberdrola's IBE.MC "Baltic Eagle" offshore wind farm
