Canadian payments processor Nuvei nears buyout deal, WSJ reports

March 16 (Reuters) - Private equity firm Advent
International is in advanced talks with Canadian payments
processor Nuvei  NVEI.TO  for a transaction that could be
announced soon, the Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday
citing people familiar with the matter. 
    The talks could still fall apart before a deal is reached,
the report added.
