       March 18 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Monday:

        ** India's Tata Sons will sell shares in IT services
unit Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)  TCS.NS  worth up to 93.62
billion rupees ($1.13 billion), according to a term sheet seen
by Reuters.

        ** Vietnam's largest conglomerate Vingroup  VIC.HM  has
sold a 41.5% stake and other assets in its retail unit, Vincom
Retail  VRE.HM , for $1.6 billion, a company official said, in
one of the biggest M&A deals in Vietnam in recent years.

        ** U.S. oil and gas producer Talos Energy  TALO.N  said
it will sell its carbon capture and sequestration unit to French
firm TotalEnergies  TTEF.PA  for about $148 million.

     ** Rheinmetall  RHMG.DE  acquired REEQ, a Dutch startup
producing light hybrid fighting vehicles, as the German arms
manufacturer seeks to expand its automotive portfolio.

        ** CC Capital, the investment firm led by former
Blackstone  BX.N  executive Chinh Chu, is one of the suitors in
talks to take members club operator Soho House  SHCO.N  private,

    ** Japanese chip materials maker JSR  4185.T  said that
state-backed fund JIC would launch a tender offer for its shares
on March 19 as it no longer requires approval from Chinese
regulators.

    **  Aviva  AV.L  has completed the sale of its stake in
Singapore Life Holdings, plus two debt instruments, for a
combined 937 million pounds ($1.19 billion), the British insurer
said in a statement.

    ** Canadian payments technology company Nuvei  NVEI.TO  said
it was evaluating proposals that would take the company private,
after reports said that private equity firm Advent International
was in advanced talks to buy the company.
