Fintech Nuvei falls as annual forecasts disappoint

** Shares of Canadian fintech company Nuvei  NVEI.TO  fall
as much as 10.5%, last down 5.4% at C$32.49
    ** Forecast annual revenue between $1.34 bln and $1.38 bln
after market close on Tuesday, largely below analysts'
expectation of ~$1.38 bln - LSEG data 
    ** Expects adjusted EBITDA between $480 mln and $510 mln,
below estimates of ~$512.3 mln
    ** Taken a prudent approach around the forecast - NVEI
    ** Q4 adjusted net income of 47 cents/shr tops expectations
of 45 cents
