Inc  PAYA.O  jump ~22% to $9.50 in premarket trade
    ** Canadian fintech company Nuvei Corp  NVEI.TO  to acquire
PAYA for $1.3 bln
    ** Transaction is expected to be accretive to adjusted EPS
in 2023 - Nuvei
    ** Deal value of $9.75/shr marks a 25% premium to Paya's
last close
    ** Stock gained 24.1% in 2022
