Futures for the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq gained on Monday ahead of the U.S.
Federal Reserve's meeting this week, where the central bank is expected to keep
borrowing costs steady and provide cues on its monetary policy path for the
year. .N 
    
    At 7:35 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.02% at 39,162. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.66% at 5,216.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 1.09%
at 18,255.25.
