    ** Co says it has met with the FDA, and is in the process of
preparing data for resubmission of its marketing application for

    ** Company expects to submit a marketing application for
prostrate enlargement treatment Fexapotide in Europe in Q4
    ** FDA rejected Nymox's application in May, indicating that
