** Shares of wind energy company NZ Windfarms  NWF.NZ  fall
as much as 2.7% to NZ$0.184, their lowest since July 7
    ** Co expects EBITDAF between NZ$5 mln and NZ$6.5 mln ($3.1
mln-$4 mln) for FY2023, compared with NZ$6.4 mln in FY22
