Dear Sirs,
In relation to the news published in the media regarding the termination of the engineering and construction contract for the execution of Autopista Atizapán Atlacomulco, in México, and the engineering and construction contract for the execution of Autopista Río Magdalena, in Colombia, by Aleatica, OHL informs that:
 
-    It has been surprised in its good faith within the commercial relationship framework that are held with Aleatica, being in a complete disagreement with the termination of both contracts for not having, in its opinion, legal foundation.
 
-  It is understood that the unilateral termination of both contracts by Aleatica is a direct consequence of the arbitration initiated by OHL against both subsidiaries of Aleatica. Specifically lodged against Autopista Rio Magdalena (Colombia) the 30th November 2018 and against Autopista Atizapán (Mexico) the 4th April 2019 to appeal of its serious contractual breaches.
 
-    The termination of the contracts adds to the serious contractual breaches of the Aleatica Group Concession subsidiaries and as a consequence OHL will adopt the legal measures deemed necessary in defense of its interests.
