INSIDE INFORMATION
In relation to the communication of inside information, registry number 474 and 543, regarding the debt that Pacadar and Grupo Villar Mir (GVM) owe to the Company (the Debt); OHL hereby informs that the parties have agreed to extend the maturity of the Debt until December 4 in order to finalize the negotiations and close a satisfactory agreement.
