NOTICE
Today, OHL Concesiones, S.A.U., a fully owned subsidiary of Obrascn Huarte Lain, S.A., has notified Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A. ("Abertis") its intention to resign with immediate effects from its position as member of the Board of Directors for the purposes of carrying out a sale of a part of its stake in the share capital of Abertis and it is not foreseen that it will be reappointed as member of the Board of Directors in the foreseeable future.
After this resignation the OHL Group has no representation left in the Board of Directors of Abertis.
