Board Appointment

 

 

Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc, a leading global producer of animal feed
additives from multispecies seaweed blends, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Stephen Walker to the Board as Non-Executive Director. Stephen
joins the Board as a representative of Terance Butler Holdings Limited.

Terance Butler Holdings Limited has been a substantial shareholder in OHT
since 2015, supporting the Company through its research and development
programme up to IPO in April 2023. Terance Butler Holdings Limited remains a
long-term shareholder in OHT enabling the Group to continue to strengthen its
global sales team, build out its supply chain and enhance its existing
customer offering in the fast growing markets the Group operates in.

Stephen has extensive experience within the investment management and
private-client facing environment. In his most recent roles Stephen was head
of equities research and market strategy at Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management, a
private client investment management firm, until 2015. Stephen subsequently
joined Terance Butler Holdings Limited, a privately owned property development
and investment company, as director of investment and economic strategy. He
completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Master's degree in Finance and
Investment and is also both a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
