Director/PDMR Dealing

 

 

Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 6 July
2023 that, Stephen Walker, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, and Terance Butler
Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder and PDMR, purchased in aggregate
35,000 and 75,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the
Company at a price of 13.60 pence and an average price of 14.06 pence,
respectively, per Ordinary Share (the "Transactions").

Following the Transactions, Stephen Walker's beneficial interest in the
Company is 120,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.10 per cent.
of the Company's total voting rights.

Following the Transactions, Terance Butler Holdings Limited's beneficial
interest in the Company is 23,423,559 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 18.61 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
