Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 18 April
2023 that, Terance Butler Holdings Limited, a substantial shareholder and PDMR
of OHT, sold in aggregate 827,385 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company at an average price of 25.4922 pence per share.

Following the sale, Terance Butler Holdings Limited's beneficial interest in
the Company is 23,513,559 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 18.68
per cent. of the total issued share capital.
