Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Ocean Harvest Technology Group plc announces that it was notified on 26 May
2023 that on that same day, David Tilston, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, sold 55,001 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20
pence from an account in his own name and purchased 54,835 Ordinary Shares at
a price of 20.06 pence to be held in his ISA.

Following the sale and purchase, Mr Tilston's beneficial interest in the
Company is now 93,584 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per
cent. of the total issued share capital.
